Q:
PO 中 match approval level  的 3-way / 4-way 設定, 在存在哪個 table 裡?
這個字段竟然沒有在 po_line_locations_all 裡, 大家知道資料究竟存放在哪個 table 裡嗎?

A:
inspection_required_flag,  receipt_required_flag
開一個po,  新增 1個 line, 三個shipment
分別是 1個2way, 一個3way,一個4way做個測試吧
2-way 不需要檢測收貨, 所以 inspection_required_flag=N, receipt_required_flag=N；
3-way 需要match invoice的時候要驗收貨, 所以前一個N, 後一個Y;
4-way 還要檢測驗貨, inspection_required_flag, receipt_required_flag 都是 Y
(Notice: 收貨時有檢測驗貨, 也可以手動設定為 3-way, 所以也可以是 Y, Y ==> 即以下案例)

我做了測試, 是這樣的
1. 當item的receiving tab中的receipt routing設置需要inspection的時候, 即使你選擇了3-way還是 N,Y
2. 當你在item 的 purchasing tab中 的invoice matching 設置receipt required= Y 和 inspection required = Y的時候,
你建立po 的時候, 如果用了該item, 那麼預設出來的是 4-way, 這時候是YY,
假設你現在還是改成3-way, 還是NY
所以總結如下: PO中的match approve level只是你在建立invoice的時候, match時候的一些規則, 具體規則可以參考AP user guider.
即使你 item 設置必須檢料, 也不會影響Invoice的match規則, 兩者是不一樣的。

2-way matching verifies that Purchase order and invoice information match within your tolerances as follows:
